Cancellation Policy
All lessons (including initial fit sessions) purchased a-la-carte or as part of a subscription are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Before this deadline, lessons may be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeit of that lesson without reimbursement. All lessons purchased as part of a package must be used with 12 months of purchase.
